You work directly with the principal engineers who design, build, and support your system. We learn the business, make the technical decisions, and do the work ourselves.
Understand the problem
Show us how you handle the work today. We want to understand who is involved, which rules matter, and where things get difficult. Existing tools, spreadsheets, and examples help us see what the system needs to do.
Agree on what to build
We work with you to decide what the first version needs to accomplish and what can wait. That includes the people using it, the systems it needs to connect to, and the requirements that will determine whether it works for your business.
The proposal lives in our client portal. You can comment on any section, and you always know which version you are approving.
Review the work together
You review working software with us as it develops. We use that feedback to check our understanding, correct problems, and discuss changes to the scope. You bring knowledge of the business; we handle the design and engineering.
Put it to work
We handle the technical work of getting the system into use and supporting it afterward. As your needs change, you can work with the engineers who built it to decide what needs attention next.
Our security practices cover how we handle access, changes, data, and recovery along the way.
How we use AI coding agents
We build with AI coding agents where they make the work faster or better, and only there.
- We decide what gets built. A principal engineer plans each change and approves the plan before work starts.
- Agents work inside rules. Every project has written instructions and automated tests. A change that fails them does not move forward.
- We review all client work. A principal engineer reviews it before it reaches you and is accountable for it.
